Please note the changes that have been made to the coming LiverpoolGames/Trip. All changes are highlighted in BOLD.
Below are the details of the up-coming Liverpool Games/Trip:
Date: 14 November 2009 (Day Return)
Transport Cost: £16 per member
Registration Deadline: 8 November 2009 (Sunday), 5:00pm (non-negotiable)
Priority Given: To all participating teams

Note: Cathy Wong [Treasurer] must receive your full payment and reconfirm your contact details before the deadline, or else you will not be considered registered. There is no other acceptable form of registration. From past experience there will be a high demand for seats and recommend that you register as soon as possible before the deadline to avoid disappointment.
Departure Time: 5:15am [Murray Library]
Estimated Arrival Time: 9:00am [Liverpool (Exact location to be confirmed later)]
Note: The bus will drop-off all participants at the Sports Facilities if there are any teams playing. In the case that there are no sports teams playing; the bus will stop closer to the city.
Returning Time: 5:45pm [Liverpool (same as drop-off point)]
Estimated Arrival Time: 9:30pm [Murray Library]
Note: The bus will pick-up all participants at the same drop-off point.
Sports [Registration Fee £40 per team]
1. Football (5-a-side) 8 players per team (~£5 each)
2. Netball 10 players per team (~£4 each)
Registration Deadline: 5 November 2009, Midnight

Note: If you are interested in any of the above sports and would like to participate, Archer Au [Sports Officer] is organising teams. Archer Au [Sports Officer] must receive your team’s full payment before the deadline before you can be registered.

We apologise for the rather late publicity of the Liverpool Games/Trip, this is simply because the information was not made available by Liverpool Malaysian Society until late 27 October 2009. This committee believes that we have responded efficiently, completing all administrative procedures and successfully organising transport at its lowest price to Liverpool for our members within 1 working day (normally it takes a good week).
