There is no other acceptable form of registration. From past experience there will be a high demand for seats and recommend that you register as soon as possible before the deadline to avoid disappointment.

*Note: The bus will drop-off all participants at the Sports Facilities if there are any teams playing. In the case that there are no sports teams playing; the bus will stop closer to the city.
Returning Time:4:50pm [Liverpool]

*Note: The bus will pick-up all participants at the same drop-off point.
Sports [Registration Fee £40 per team]
1. Football (5-a-side): 8 players per team (~£5 each)
2. Netball: 10 players per team (~£4 each)

We apologise for the rather late publicity of the Liverpool Games/Trip, this is simply because the information was not made available by Liverpool Malaysian Society until late 27 October 2009. This committee believes that we have responded efficiently, completing all administrative procedures and successfully organising transport at its lowest price to Liverpool for our members within 1 working day (normally it takes a good week).

All persons must be a registered member of HKMaS before the trip registration deadline due insurance policies. This will be checked by Sport Office administrative staff upon trip registration. Priority will be given to participants whom have paid and registered for a sport. Note that those whom register for a sport after the trip registration deadline will not be eligible for HKMaS transport and will be advised to make their own way to Nottingham.

Persons who wish to participate in a sport at the Nottingham Games must register with the Nottingham Malaysian Society either individually or through HKMaS group registration. Note that those whom register for a sport after the trip registration deadline will not be eligible for HKMaS transport and will be advised to make their own way to Nottingham.
HKMaS Group Registration Deadline: 6:00pm, 26 October 2009
Each sport will have an individual registration fee. All contact details and the full sum of money must be received by Cathy Wong (Treasurer) before an individual will be registered as a participant through HKMaS. HKMaS will be responsible for the registration and notifying participants of any changes or issues to those individuals.
