HONG KONG

Hong Kong offers a host of memorable tourist attractions within its compact area, with The Peak, Victoria Harbour and the Giant Buddha among the most awe-inspiring.

You'll be amazed by the diverse contrasts and close proximity of stunning cityscapes and soaring mountains, heritage sites and extensive green countryside.

The Peak
Hong Kong's most popular attraction, The Peak offers spectacular views over the city, harbour and mountains beyond. For an extra buzz, take the Peak Tram.

Victoria Harbour
Take the iconic Star Ferry to enjoy stunning views around the harbour, and don’t miss the nightly A Symphony of Lights show featuring harbour-front buildings.

Giant Buddha
Lantau Island features the world's tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha, along with the Po Lin Monastery, Tai O village on stilts, Ngong Ping 360 and Hong Kong Disneyland.

For sheer variety of products and brands in all price ranges, Hong Kong is a unique shopping experience. From glitzy malls to funky street markets, and trendy boutiques to traditional Chinese product stores and themed shopping districts, you can find everything from the latest designer fashions and electronic gadgets to best-value antiques and collectibles.

Street Markets
Hong Kong's street markets are always full of excitement and color. The market stalls are where Hong Kong's dedicated shoppers hone their bargaining skills. There are a few for you to explore, such as Stanley Market, Temple Street Night Market, Ladies Market and Jade Market.

Shopping Districts
Hong Kong is a truly "Shoppers' Paradise". There are many shopping areas throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories featuring stylish shopping malls, department stores as well as bustling open-air markets.

Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme
Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme is managed by Hong Kong Tourism Board to help visitors find shops that meet high standards. Look for the QTS sign displayed prominently by shops that have qualified for this exclusive recognition.
